I forgot to upload this a couple days ago, so I’m doing it now.
One of my favorite places in Denver is Masterpiece Delicatessen. It sounds ridiculous to love a sandwich shop so much, but Masterpiece is…well, they’re thoughtful. Which is a weird adjective to use for a sandwich shop. But it works.
This is a photo of their Braised Beef Brisket sandwich. 12 hour braised brisket, arugula, Taleggio fondue and other yummy ingredients make this my favorite sandwich at Masterpiece. Don’t get me wrong: there isn’t a “bad” item on the menu. But it’s really easy to fall in love with the first sandwich you try.
If you’re ever in Denver, please try Masterpiece Deli. They’re an awesome local sandwich shop that turns having lunch into eating a little piece of art.
